My Story
Meet Rukmani – or as she’s fondly known, Ruku.
A B.Com graduate with an MBA in Finance, she further strengthened her profile with multiple courses in Business Excellence.
After 19 years of being a homemaker, she began her corporate journey with Genpact in 2006 and quickly rose to success — consistently recognized as Performer of the Year and awarded Fastest Growing Manager in 2011.
In 2015, Ruku transitioned from Operations Management into Business Excellence, and by 2017, she expanded into Customer Service after a decade in Accounting. She went on to lead Quality & Customer Relations for YouTube Ads at Accenture, later joining Google Operations Center in 2020 as a Process Excellence Lead.
To balance professional growth with family, she became a consultant to Google before concluding her corporate chapter in 2024 to launch her passion project — SPARK.
Today, she is here to present SPARK — a mentorship program designed to equip young graduates with the skills, mindset, and confidence they need to thrive in the job market.
